Cummings wife isn't any more corrupt than Cummings himself. It's just corruption by proxy since she it is very unlikely she would be getting millions from corporations if she weren't married to a Congressmen. Her mistake may be some comingling of money between her so-called non-profit and her personal business. Getting the millions donated into her non-profit is legal. Congress writes the laws that make it so.
