As someone who lost family at Jasenovac, I always thought the “six million” should have been the “eleven million”, including all Nazi death camp victims. But to exclude the Jewish people is insane.
Our high school JROTC instructor fought in WW2 and Korea. He had to go some of the camps and the look in that man’s eyes whenever the subject came up told me everything I needed to know about how horrible it was. He never agreed with the six million official number either. He said it was near 12 million.
