When you think of serial killers, names like Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy and even Houston's own "Candyman," Dean Corll, probably pop to mind.
But the FBI says Samuel Little is the worst of the worst, having confessed to 93 murders, and even sketching many of his victims from memory to help police identify them.

Gotta be honest: his portraits look like portraits copied from magazines, not drawn from memory. JMO.
The sketching part makes sense. The victims enter into the possession category with these people. Ask any guy what was his first car was, he can tell you all about it and on and on. No remorse, no conscience, no shame, it’s just evil walking like a human. I read that one in every 100 people are sociopaths, just some never rise to the urge. A bit scary when you go walking down the street.
Black men are 20% of serial killers, given that they’re only 7-8% of the U.S. population. You’ll NEVER hear that from the MSM.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell was by far the most deadly and prolific killer in US history as estimates put it at 1800 or more murdered babies AFTER they were born and healthy and viable.
Interesting how the MSM tiptoes past this fact.

Most if not all of Gosnell’s activities would now be legal in the State of New York.
He was a man ahead of his time.
Keep in mind, serial killers often exaggerate the number of victims.
Then their scrapbooks and other mementos of them and left on/near the victims are found
