I believe the sergeant at arms of the house technically has arrest powers for contempt of Congress. Just don’t think he has the balls to try anything like that because it would force an armed confrontation and he would lose.
The only powers of arrest vested in the House are with the Sergeant of Arms. His power ends on the steps of the Capitol building. All other law enforcement is invested in the executive branch
