Considering all the members of Congress who are former lawyers, who presumably all had to take Consitutional law to get there, you'd think one or two would have a problem with the precedent this circus would set, especially if they fail.

If there are any patriots left in the federal service, they ought to flood the Congressional staff with similar baseless claims against the House Dem leadership. Give them an early taste of the medicine they've chosen.
