I know Glenn Beck is persona non grata to many on this board but he had a really good, detailed episode that covers how Manafort was the only person being implicated in the Ukraine thing when DNC operatives had their grubby hands all over this.
And note that McCain campaign manager and pal Rick Davis was a law partner of Manafort when Davis-Manafort was working for Ukraine:
