President Donald Trump lost Monday in his effort to stop the release of his personal and corporate tax returns as part of a criminal investigation in New York.
Trump immediately appealed the decision handed down in U.S. district court in lower Manhattan.
In August, Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. subpoenaed eight years of the president’s tax returns from account firm Mazars USA. The prosecutor is probing hush money payments made to two women, Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, ahead of the 2016 election.

The long-term Leftist goal is to make EVERYBODY’S tax return a matter of public record, and searchable in an online database.
They are getting more frantic to take him out before the election. I believe part of the goal is to get information on those he has done business with to intimidate them. The Democrats are out to destroy him for winning the election, as well as to send a message to any other viable future Republican candidate. If you oppose them, they will destroy you.

Cyrus Vance Sr (D) was Secretary of State under President Jimmy Carter. All in the family.
