Hillary only lost because the democrat party didn't quite cheat enough, she did get a majority of the reported "popular" votes, but not enough electoral college votes.

The democrat party will not make that mistake again.

The mistake they're going to make this time is assuming Trump will accept, or be forced to accept, a democrat win based on MASSIVE and OVERT voter fraud.

She would run to protect Obama, her husband, CIA, FBI, State Dept, should he be exposed any any criminal charges. Let’s be honest here, Obama was not really the President, it was his handlers. He was just the prop who flew around the world, gave some speeches, signed EO’s and vetoes with his “pen”.

Michelle, would also not be the President. People also can be threatened and forced to whatever the FBI, CIA want or they will take out your family, friends, etc.

If deep state tells Michelle to run to save them all from exposure, or else, she will do so.
