She might be right on this one. In the early ‘70s they tried to let a teacher go because she was pregnant in my HS. She was married to another teacher so there was no scandal. She was older and had given up on having children and had already adopted a child when she became pregnant.
No! She was lying, because she didn’t get pregnant until years later.
You miss the point that she gave a completely different reason for not remaining at the school when she spoke about it ten years ago.
Yes it could be true, but it’s not and she has no problem today, smearing the memory of a forgotten and probably deceased principal who gave her a chance to prove herself back in 1971.
