Trump damn well better set this judge straight. To foreign countries it must be becoming clear that the presidency is no longer an equal branch but subject to the political meddling of the other branches.

Ordered to preserve? Ok. Maybe Donald Trump should hire Hillary Clinton as his attorney and have her bleachbit the electronic records and smash the electronic devices with a hammer. Hillary is up on the relevant precedents in such matters.

The WH should contact Hillary on how to “preserve” evidence.

Paul Manafort’s Judge Ripped Him to Shreds Before His Sentencing

By Adam K. Raymond MAR. 13, 2019
http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2019/03/manaforts-judge-ripped-him-to-shreds-before-his-sentencing.html

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced Paul Manafort to 43 months in prison Wednesday, six months after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges. Add that to the 47 months he received last week for bank and tax fraud, and the former Trump campaign chairman is looking at seven and a half years in prison.

Prior to Jackson handing down the sentence, Manafort attempted to apologize and win sympathy from the judge. She was having none of it. In a pre-sentencing statement, Jackson lit into Manafort for stealing from taxpayers to buy gaudy suits, failing to show genuine contrition, and being a complete liar.

Jackson: “The defendant’s insistence that none of this should be happening to him… that the prosecution is misguided and excessive and invalid ... is just one more thing that is inconsistent with a genuine acceptance of responsibilty.”

Jackson refuted the idea that Manafort’s prison stay was excessively intolerable. Last summer, his lawyer tried to win sympathy for Manafort by complaining about how he’s been “locked in his cell for at least 23 hours per day.”

I strongly suspect that you won’t be seeing any more conversations between the Whitehouse and other foreign governments.

Then ‘they’ will accuse him of ruining OUR relationships with foreign governments.

Until HE comes out with the full ‘jackboot’ and starts squashing ‘them’ it will continue to get worse.

I have been thinking that for many years. Little boys, most likely.

This is so funny!! They don’t have anything to impeach, but they are now using judges to find something, anything. This is the most desperate actions by the democrat party ever

This Judge had worked a deal out with the Whitehouse a day prior to this order. The Whitehouse informed the court that they had already set aside transcripts and documents regarding Ukraine and would keep them open and off secure servers. Judge agreed to trust the Whitehouse on this matter. It seems overnight deep state got hold of her, the next day she laid out all these demands. Once again Democrats plans to make a huge issue out of the Whitehouse withholding evidence was foiled. So after the fact they try to convince the public that they had to act. Treasonous bastards. This can’t possibly trump The Presidents right to order documents secure.

Squashing might be a bit much. How about a midnight transfer by C-130 to a subtropical resort.

Club Gitmo has vacancies.

I should hope so!

Put the same guy who looked after Hillary's emails and phones in charge of watching DJT's stuff.

I would pray that Trump ignore such a blatant disregard for the legitimate function and power of his office. One that is not subject to House oversight or review.

Well,it’s gruesome and barbaric, but those in the black robes in other countries who are on the dark side have unfortunate things happen. This POS,Soros whore “judge” and her ilk need to decide if they want to truly uphold rule of law and protect and defend the Constitution or want America to go down a road that is going to be very ugly.

GREAT - she knows which side her bread is buttered on, I guess. Make sure she goes down the drain with the rest of the swamp creatures...

I think we can count ourselves lucky in that we don’t know half the schifft that goes on in the legislative or judicial branch of our government.

The judge who will oversee Roger Stone’s criminal case in DC District Court is Amy Berman Jackson, an Obama appointee
