Did you know Antifa is going to be there in Minneapolis, too, and is threatening Trump Supporters who go?

There’s a thread here somewhere on it.

It is important for our people to stick together, especially after it is over, and don’t strike the first blow. But then if... Get some!!! They’re just a bunch of soi-bois and girls but love to have 20 to 1 numbers so Trump supporters need to stay together. Watch for flying “milk shakes”, you never know what these douche bags put in them....

Took awhile to read that, but outstanding stuff!!!

Misfud is a foreigner, but Halper is an American. Barr was in Italy last week, either disposing Misfud or listening to Italian evidence on him.

Hapler needs to be tried for treason. He’ll need to be extradited. I think Boris will allow it?

He isn’t going to do sh*t about defending this President. Grahamnesty is just a reincarnation of McCain.

I will give Senator Graham until the end of this year before I make up my mind on how he is doing.

There are other money grubbers, quitters like Tray Gowdy, who chose not to stay and fight who deserve our opprobrium much more that Linda Gramnasty

I understand Halper is a dual citizen. In any event, he can claim he was just following orders.

Suspected FBI informant linked to Russia 'smears' claims immunity afforded to government agents

Cambridge professor and reported FBI informant Stefan Halper, who is being sued by a Russian-born academic for allegedly smearing her and former national security adviser Michael Flynn as part of a government conspiracy to bring down the Trump administration, declared in a recent court filing that he is entitled to legal immunity ordinarily afforded to federal agents – even if the lawsuit's allegations are true.

Halper did not explicitly admit to being an FBI informant in asking an Alexandria, Va. federal judge to throw out the case, and his filing followed legal rules that require defendants to assume that plaintiffs' factual allegations are true in the initial stages of litigation.

"Private individuals who participate in FBI investigations are subject to the federal common law qualified immunity applicable to government agents," as well as constitutional protections, Halper's motion to dismiss asserted.

The qualified immunity privilege exempts federal agents from litigation unless their violation of the law was so extreme that it broke an established statutory or constitutional duty of which a reasonable person would have been aware.

Nevertheless, Halper's motion to dismiss raised the prospect that the academic, Svetlana Lokhova, would have no recourse if the court accepted Halper’s claim. In her fiery complaint, Lokhova claimed that “Stefan Halper is a ratf---er and a spy, who embroiled an innocent woman in a conspiracy to undo the 2016 Presidential election and topple the President of the United States of America" by leaking false information to willing news reporters.

According to Lokhova, Halper worked to spread false stories that she had an affair with Flynn on the orders of Russian intelligence services.

Lokhova's complaint said that Halper had "confederates" who distributed "propaganda" at media outlets, including The New York Times, and named national security reporter Adam Goldman. Goldman has co-bylined a variety of stories favorable to the FBI, including a May 18, 2018 piece entitled, "FBI Used Informant to Investigate Russia Ties to Campaign, Not to Spy, as Trump Claims."

But Halper's response dismissed Lokhova's allegations as inaccurate and implausible, and a mere publicity stunt attempting to turn the court into a "political blog." Purportedly because legal procedures require that courts "can, and sometimes must, credit a complaint's allegations" as true "solely for purposes" of adjudicating motions to dismiss, Halper's filing then outlined a slew of head-turning immunity defenses.

Halper's filing noted that he was alleged to have been paid "in amounts exceeding $500,000" for his counterintelligence efforts.

"Assuming these admissions to be accurate [for motion to dismiss] purposes, any communications made by Mr. Halper in fulfillment of his alleged agreements with the FBI are subject to the absolute federal common law privilege of federal contractors," the document said.

And Halper is "also entitled to federal immunity under the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution," Halper's motion continued, because state defamation law cannot supersede or interfere with the conduct of an FBI investigation.

Halper's filing also asserted that Lokhova had not suffered reputational harm because of Halper's supposed work with the FBI, that there was no substantive evidence Halper was the source for media articles unfavorable to her, and that the statute of limitations rendered some of her claims untimely.

Yes...I am well aware of the antifa threat to the Trump Rally...but....like others, it will not materialize to anything that counts. These Democrat Party radical would be murderers have no idea what is going to be available for security around the POTUS, Trump. Plus the 30-40,000 plus people that will be attending the rally will make human mince meat out of any of these low life, scum & vermin Democrat Party USA traitor/turncoats, if they ever try their usual antics by being destructive!!!

Alas Babylon...this a great chance to destroy the entire Democrat Party...politically if our folks will just turn out and show up by the tens of thousands...and...in Dallas, Texas...too!!! Let us all pray for a peaceful, successful rally!!! A million folks there is the goal!!!

Ron Johnson v. Chuck Toad, October 6, 2019

What a hot mess that is! Careful at the top, where Johnson is claimed to say, "Well, fir-- first of all, your setup piece was --you know, typically, very unbiased."

Read a bit further, and he oobviously did not say that. And Toad implied that the press is above criticism, as are Brennan, Strzok, Comey and the rest.

I remember when MSNBC came out with their “Lean Forward” campaign, and said they were going to advocate progressivism. When asked how that would affect NBC News, Tom Brokjaw INSISTED that there would be a sharp division between the advocacy of the cable news and the broadcast news, and they would keep the “unbiased” stature of NBC News, the proud peacock, in the tradition of Chet Huntley and David Brinkley, of John Chancellor and Garret Utley.

Sure, yeah, right, uh-huh... I thought, hearing this at the time.

And....

Well, you know the rest. The Leftists at NBC were simply hidden, but now being allowed to fully express themselves on MSNBC, so by this point in time the whole entire news division is 100% fake news, anti-conservative, democrat media.

For those of you who liked Glenn Beck’s use of a chalk board-this is a terrific review of Ukraine and the players. I think it is well worth the time to watch.

He looks a bit like Colonel Saunders or the Wizard in Oz with that beard and white hair.

-- Graham on Maria B show laying out he will follow Horowitz report then " spring into action" --

He's been telegraphing his reaction and scope of remedy.

Outraged that people were spied on for political advantage. Pass laws so that won't happen again. Sad that what happened isn't a crime.

Net result will be more tall grass for the swamp creatures to hide in. Oh, we'll also get speeches about FISA being a necessary and wonderful tool, and how all of the people except the few that we caught are patriots and haven't a lick of partisan in them.

I always forget to tell you how much I appreciate you doing this for those of us who want to watch and sometimes can’t. You get clues with each program re how the Rats and media are strategizing and coordinating their efforts to remove POTUS. I have always wondered if these Sunday people have their own think tank headed by little George Steffepopulus.
