Yep!! I’m beginning to believe NO ONE WILL ever be arrested...ALL RATS get a free pass, we conservative walk the plank!!! Unless we burn it down it will remain the same..GET USED TO IT!

I doubt it. Look at it this way. The leaker is doing the same thing that leakers of other Oval Office phone calls did, but instead of directly to the press, this leak is laundered through a corrupt ICIG to make it look like a whistleblower complaint.

To judge the criminality of a leak, it has to be bounced against the crimes that involve leaking or publishing. The subject matter in this phone call is not subject matter covered by a criminal statute - except maybe what is knows as "leak of confidential information," a misdemeanor.
