The IGs conclusion that the whistleblower is credible has caused me to lose confidence in the IG.

Democrats like to play “word-games”.

IMHO, we should stop playing along with the Democrats’ misuse of the word “whistle-blower”.

Trafficking in “hearsay evidence” is what GOSSIPS do!

whistleblower reportedly filed written complaint questions include who else they contacted and then certified as true with warning of 18 usc 1001 false statements..up to 5 years and 10k fine

if wb is not prosecuted we have a real problem...he or she should be investigated for 1001 and squeezed till they reveal all including part schift played.

What you say is true. It was disclosed that the WH has data storage of varying degrees of security, including one used to store "black op" material.

Is it your contention that knowing the WH has varying degrees of security, knowing just that, puts US security at risk?

there is a certification on page 8 end of form it advises about 18 usc 1001 false statements,( unless they changed that too.)

also page 7 lists others contacted including congress

-- whistleblower reportedly filed written complaint questions include who else they contacted and then certified as true with warning of 18 usc 1001 false statements --

Checkbox on a form. "Oops, missed it."

The point of all that is to contain classified information. My hypo was that the leaker just out and give the phone call to the press, with the leakers made up narrative. What are the legal consequences of that? My conclusion was "not much - disclosure of confidential info" which is a misdemeanor.

What's irksome is that totally unscrupulous DEMs (politicians and presstitutes working in harmony) are turning molehills into mountains. Why is this call any more damaging than the others that were leaked?

If the left as serious about rooting out corruption (it isn't - in fact, the opposite, it wants corruption to thrive) it would acknowledge that investigating suspicion is the way things work, and until evidence is found, there is no news there.

18 USC 10001 false statements is a tough crime to prove.
What if you typo your address on a IRS 1040? Felony?

Why did ICIG Atkinson change the rules to allow third party complaints including hearsay to be allowed with whistleblower protection?? How did these rules get changed in August, to coincide with this "whistleblower" complaint??

Is Atkinson colluding with Shifty Schiff?? Is he just like Rosenstein at the DOJ?
