The Democrats big problem is that it is understood that Rudy Giuliani is the defacto Attorney General and with that responsibly, Mr. Giuliani is representing the the American people and the United States government.

We have an Attorney General. Giuliani is not the Attorney General. He isn’t the defacto Attorney General except in their unhealthy and sick minds bathed in irrationality and hate. If they assume Giuliani is an elected official, then that is on them.
