All across post colonial Africa there were countries that looked to the Soviets or the French for their role models and they got presidents for life and ultimately poverty. But in the few places where they didn’t do so things went better, oust notably in Botswana which left colonialism as the poorest and least educated country in Africa ... ruled by blacks on American principals, it isn’t race that holds people back in Africa but the Left wing ideology.
