Red State had his name a week ago. How did this get overlooked?

if that is the wb i have a few questions..he left in 2017 how could he have first hand info? he is extremely biased and quit over trump(or was he fired?) he had an axe to grind how could anyone find him and his info credible?

This story indicates that Price left the government in February 2017. I would think that in order to be covered under the Whistleblower law, the person would have to be a current federal employee, or at least employed when the July 25th phone call took place. The law doesn’t cover private citizens does it? It also doesn’t explain how he could have known about some of these things. Of course, it’s clear, since the whistleblower claims 2nd hand knowledge that there is still a mole in the White House.
