Where Jamie Lee was concerned, I meant sort of a masculine face, obviously not her b(o)Y(o)bs. I didn’t care for a lot of that awful ‘80s hair, frequently short or lacquered up high (i.e. “Dynasty” or “Dallas”), or the “stuck-muh-finger in the wall socket” look. Ick.

Obviously, had Buck lasted say, 5 years, to 1984, we’d have started to see that trend on the female guest stars instead of the softer and longer/straight-flowing locks that was still a ‘70s thing that continued to about 1981/82.

“I didn’t care for a lot of that awful ‘80s hair...”

Me either. But it’s MUCH better than a magenta shrillex cut.

Yes, the late 70s/early 80s still had the 70s “look”. Actually...Maren, Sheba, Cassiopeia, Wilma and Ardalla ALL had “normal” looking, FEMININE hairdos. And we still find them pretty (or more) some ~40 years later. Accident? I think not.
