No argument with your analysis of the case - that being said my prayer is that this 5 min VIDEO is what everyone thinks about whenever this case is discussed on the media etc.
To not do so diminishes the powerful testimony of forgiveness and turning tragedy into triumph. Additionally my prayer is that Amber Guyger does some Amazing forgiving of her own out of gratefulness for the love and forgiveness she has received To forgive AS we have been forgiven is what God expects of us.
I don’t think forgiveness of this woman has any place here at all. She doesn’t seem terribly cintrite, more inconvenienced. Ashamed a bit perhaps, but shame is what you feel when caught. The brother’s forgiveness is relevant in a society whose basic unit is the family and the paterfamilias is the entire voice ò the family. We don’t have that hêre.
