Much more like that some traitor leaked to Schiff what they thought was a damning transcript, and Schiff setting up the phony whistleblower by giving them the stolen transcript and getting the rules changed to pipeline this back to his committee, having been laundered through the IC deep state apparatus. Now they are trying to claim that the “whistleblower” just contacted someone in Congress who happens to work for Adam Schiff with vague comments and they told him/her what to do. So someone who works in an executive branch agency decides to not only go to another organization, but a completely different branch of government, to ask some Congressional staff who just happens to work for Adam Schiff, how to proceed, rather than ask someone in the agency for which he works in the executive branch. That’s the utter nonsense they want us to now believe.
