Non co-opertation by local cops is a bitch. Jut how many will get in the way?

Local law enforcement or civilians, can’t get in the way of an ICE investigation or raid/arrest? They can only not help the investigators. They can’t physically protect illegals. That is a violation of federal law.
There is an actual playbook on how to combat ICE raids and you won’t find one mention of assistance by any law enforcement organizations:

Quite a show isn’t it? But it’s legal to do this even though the lack of responsibility as citizens and morale issues going out the window blatantly. But, they don’t care!!!!!
