Actually, if Bernie were a citizen of Canada, he’d be on a waiting list to get the scan proving that he”really” needs the test and might improve with treatment, which would put him on another waiting list and if he could afford it, he’d drive over the border to the U.S. and pay for treatment out of his pocket (if he were still alive, that is) and were he a citizen of GB, he’d need to leave the country to get treatment, like Mick Jagger recently did, again if he lived long enough!
If Bernie were a Canadian with his money he’d come straight here just like my Canadian born daughter-in-law’s father did when he needed a heart by pass. He would have had to wait six months just to get on a waiting list and then it would have been waiting a year after that.
