Farmers — tired of being blamed for climate change — drive tractor convoy to The Hague, causing record-breaking rush hour in the Netherlands
October 01, 2019

A plow on the front of one tractor was spray-painted with the words, 'How dairy you'

Farmers in the Netherlands are ticked off over claims that they should be held responsible for nitrogen oxide emissions, so much so that police said 2,200 joined a convoy of tractors storming The Hague in protest on Tuesday. Reuters reported that the agriculture activists caused "the worst morning commute in Dutch history."

In the midst of the country's efforts to curb carbon emissions to meet the government's goals, members of the ruling party have floated a mandate for reducing the number of livestock farmers are allowed to raise — even suggesting cutting herds by 50 percent. Producers aren't having it.

Very nice.

I'd like to take it further.

When they go back to their farms they should stop sending food to The Hague and surrounding towns.

Then announce they will start shipping food when every useless bureaucrat is dragged out on to the street and clubbed to within an inch of their lives.

That will get the attention of the globalists.

The traffic jam was 620 miles long. 80% of the Dutch population support the farmers, proving that they know where their food comes from. Too many eaters think it comes from grocery stores.
