I agree...IG will most likely suggest that employees cannot be compelled without personal or state dept. counsel, just as Pompeo’s letter states.
The IG will most likely remind Congress they are “out of bounds”.
State employees signed on with certain laws and regulations in place...Congress won’t be allowed to circumvent them,, because Congress enacted those same regulations and laws for federal employees.
