The scuttlebutt is that the Horowitz report is due to be presented within the next six weeks, and that it is pretty much a dud. But, really, legally there is not much Horowitz can do anyway, as he has no indictment or charging powers. His investigation is simply to justify keeping scads of government employees on the payroll.
Graham said today “two weeks” for Horowitz. And that he will invite him to a hearing ASAP. He seemed pretty confident. No doubt the “report” is done and they are just waiting until closer to the Holidays to drop it.
