What about separation of powers?

Can a judge really tell the DoJ how to prosecute its cases?

So, besides being judge, jury, and executioner, they want to be the investigators and prosecutors, too?

It’s within sep of powers. No prosecutor should have perpetual indictments pending. You sure wouldn’t want this as a citizen.

Judge is calling the Q-tips’ bluff, in essence.
