What's the difference between theater salt and store bought salt?
I have the same question regarding 'sea salt' which appears to be the rage now.
One theory is that commercial salt contains tiny salt shards which can injure your blood vessels, which is atherosclerosis. But I can't find any studies which compare a high commercial salt intake to a high sea salt intake. Who knows.
