Doesn’t the DOJ Office of Legal Counsel blow this whole whistleblower and urgent concern reporting to Congress to hell?
According to the OLC the claimant can’t be afforded whistleblower protection and the ICIG shouldn’t have provided the claim to Congress. That opinion took the whole thing apart.
Calling JUDICIAL WATCH. Time for FOIA requests for ALL documentation and records on changing the CIA Whistleblower forms. FOR PAST TWO YEARS.

This whistleblower thing was weak sauce on Day One.
The two are not mutually exclusive. He has direct knowledge of someone else. Lol. By checking both, he was stating it was not double swapped. There was the original blower. And one swapper only. A second swapper, like a second shooter, may not know the blower. Lol.
This is easy to verify. Just release a list of those that were present and see if the “whistleblower” was one of them.
If not then it’s all fake. ....we know the answer already.
Recall that a few weeks ago Biden said he “believed in the truth over facts”!
