ICIG Atkinson sent notice of the complaint to Warner and schiff straigtaway, knowing the complaint was out of his jurisdiciton. I would not be surprised if he also sent the complaint even though he knew it was a breach of executive privilege. Signs are he did send it.
It is pretty clear Schiff was not surprised when the complaint “officially” got to him. He already knew all about it.
