We have a bureaucracy, namely total government, that is failing all around us. The similarities to the 1860’s is frightening.

If you had the secret services of Germany or France come up and admit one of their agents was spying on the Premier or President...all heck would break loose, and various people would be sitting in jail for a long time. In this case? Nothing?

I’m just curious what his real job was, and how he had all this free time to goof off and spy on the President.

I find it an amazing “coincidence” that the whistleblower rules were changed just in time to accommodate this latest attack on Trump/

The deep state is today’s equivalent of the Roman Praetorian Guard. They have turned against our President

This guy has astounding credentials on many fronts.

Nevertheless, he’s not been in government since Bush 2, I believe.

Call me crazy, but I think this, more specifically the publication of this is spin/misdirection.

The CIA director, appointed by Trump, could have stopped this with a blink of her eye. She is in on it.

In hindsight we should have let Frank Church finish the job of destroying them.

...”Former US government deputies, attorneys and agents are very upset with the Deep State “whistleblower” that attacked President Trump with bogus secondhand charges. Some are even calling for his arrest and immediate indictment for treason!”...

What about the story we are hearing that a ruling has been quietly issued that secondhand information will be fine for whistle blowing? Is this true and, if so, how can it possibly be legal? I heard it on radio again this a.m. Perhaps so many lies have been told that they are now mainstream as far as the left is concerned. I certainly would agree with a charge of treason against anyone issuing bogus charges against the President for the purposes of a coup. It has become really clear that a coup is what the enemies of our form of government have in mind.

It’s really a CIA/Deep State coup, just another attempt since the Russian collusion attempt didn’t work.

It’s the CIA/Deep State who put this together for the Dems…..changed Whistleblower from having to have been 1st hand to hearsay……..absurd beyond belief.

Yeah, it’s serious.

Part of Hebrews 12:25-27…….it’s only going to get worse……….actually, God is ultimately behind what’s going on…..IMHO......

It's a coup... and the CIA needs to clean it's own house before citizens decide it's a traitorous criminal organization...

Well they are WRONG! They all should be livid with whoever changed the WB standard.

Isn’t it funny that NO ONE KNOWS who or when exactly it was changed!

Years ago an intelligence officer stationed at Hanscom AFB was deployed to Iraq. When he returned, he gave a classified briefing as part of one of ESC’s quarterly education and training weeks which was little more than Bush bashing. While I listened to that nitwit, I kept asking, “What on this slide is classified? Why is this slide classified?” I was not able to answer the first question. I was able to answer the second question: To protect the intelligence officer.

I think the briefing was given between 2003 and 2007. Because the briefing was given, ESC and its successor organization are required to keep the briefing and the announcements of the briefing as public records. I think this former captain went on to work for the CIA. I would bet that he might be the so-called whistle blower.

I haven’t heard anyone ask the question of who approved the “new change” rules to qualify as a whistleblower? Why can’t it be changed back? Why doesn’t the DOJ step in and stop this?

To lower the legal standard to something beneath petrified whale shit us absolutely mind boggling.

My wife’s cousin’s sister-in-law’s ex fiancé’s HS gym teacher over heard Oprah Winfrey say that she heard Ellen DeGeneres say that...fill in the blank, is now good enough for impeachment???

As much as I disliked every president except Reagan and Trump, I wouldn’t allow this to happen if I had any say-so in the matter...

does treason have any other definition than what is defined in the constitution ? if not, this aint treason.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
