Both my parents were legal immigrants and I’m a first generation American. I served my country as a United States Marine and used the GI Bill to put myself through college. I also used a student loan for my last year, which I repaid in full well ahead of schedule. But when you hate America first and blame America first, serving in the military is not an option. At any rate, I never expected a free college education and neither did my parents.
