Colleges are for US citizens first, then, if there is room, for legal residents, then if there is room, for foreigners. Never for illegals. And we should not, as taxpayers, be paying for anyone but US citizens.

And immigrants should be self-funded!!! As a condition of entry, they should agree to and be banned from any public assistance whatsoever.

My son went out of state and I paid dearly for it. Illegal in many states don’t have to pay “Out of State” rates. Again hard working taxpayers footing the bill.
