Dude, they hold a large majority in the House. As such they can vote to Impeach anytime they want. What difference does it make what “rules” Pelosi puts in place if the end result is already a given?

It’s all about the Senate....period.

Democrats hold a majority of 236-198 (with one vacancy) at present. Flipping 20 out of 435 seats will take control from Nancy Pelosi.

Democrats are taking as long as they can and inflicting maximum torture with the house proceedings. They want to drag it out. The Democrats also don’t want to take a vote because they are cowards and want to allow their members in moderate districts to not have to go on the record regarding how they vote on impachment.
