Former CIA Director John Brennan on Saturday called on an unlimited number of spies embedded in the Deep State to use the new whistleblower form to report President Trump following a hit from an anonymous CIA officer who snitched on Trump’s call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
BRENNAN: A reminder to federal officials: There is no limit on the number of individuals who can use the whistleblower statute.
If you think you were involved in unlawful activity as a result of a directive from Mr. Trump or someone doing his bidding, now is the time to report it.
Make that “complaint form” illegal and disband the CIA. They are NOT supposed to do their spying crap on US soil.

This will not stop until congress acts. It does not look like they will. At least not till Trump is gone.

On the other hand the new form will make it easier for the Deep State anti-Trumper’s to self-incriminate themselves. Since there are no secrets in DC, any whistleblower will eventually become known.

You cannot change statute by changing a form. Congress has to amend the law, with the concurrence of the President. Anonymous bureaucrats cannot change regulations by changing a form because it violates the Administrative Procedures Act, and we know that Roberts becomes wroth when he discovers APA violations.
Defensive hypocrisy used to exonerate yourself and place the blame on those most likely to prosecute you, thus innoculating yourself from any specific scritiny.
This gives a strong argument for smashing the whole mess called the CIA into a thousand pieces, like JFK wanted to do and should have. We don’t need anonymous bureaucrats claiming “secrets” protection constantly meddling in domestic politics on behalf of one party. Throw them out, hire mil intel in their places, and start anew. the fact that these damned bureaucrats changed the nonsensical whistleblower policy to allow hearsay complaints instead of those based on actual evidence is beyond belief; the fact they did it last MONTH indicates to me it was done for the current lies and also to protect Brennan from a coming indictment.

You know it’s interesting, but you never hear much about the backstory of how the CIA set Kennedy up in the Bay of Pigs operation.
You hear about what happened after, but not how the CIA lied to Kennedy & tried to trick him into a wider invasion & war.
As for Brennan...I’ve said it forever.
He’s the fulcrum of this coup & needs to be dealt with.
