Since you’re for MN, maybe you can answer a question. There’s a Lake Calhoun in Minneapolis that’s recently become so contaminated with fecal coliform bacteria that they called off a cardboard boat race there that was to be held this summer. Do you have any reasonable idea of what caused that contamination? Thanks.
