We do not offer wages. We interview then make offers at prevailing wage for the role and experience level. There continues to be the incorrect notion that we pay H1B's less. We don't, we can't- by law. And are audited QUARTERLY to ensure we are paying equally.

Hey dufus if you are not getting people at a salary of X then you need to pay or offer a salary of X + Y. Note that X + Y will be GREATER than X. Basic elementary math.

"Prevailing wage" means nothing. You business types want to treat labor as a commodity yet won't pay for it like a commodity. So what is the "prevailing price" of oil? There is none. It CHANGES EVERYDAY.
