PoliticsElections reports that the state attorney for Palm Beach County Florida Dave Aronberg appeared on MSNBC celebrating Floridas frequent use of red flag laws.
Aronberg stated, Law enforcement officials are using Floridas so-called red flag law to remove guns from people five times a day.
The other MSNBC hosts appeared to be happy to see how these laws are being implemented on a frequent basis. For them, this serves as a template at the national level...
...These numbers should raise some concern among Second Amendment advocates. Lawmakers initially stated that these orders would not be used frequently, but Politifact rates Arombergs claim as 100% true. Republicans like Florida Senator Marco Rubio and Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw have expressed their support for red flag laws, while House members like Jim Jordan and Thomas Massie have stood firmly against red flag orders.

The lack of community is one of the reasons why we are not like our forefathers and the Revolutionary War. Part of the “well-regulated militia” meant not only were they outfitted with the proper supplies, but they trained often.
The “Powder Alarm” had happened about 6 months prior to the battle of Concord-Lexington. The British did get the powder from the community bunker. But the locals vowed that wouldn’t happen again, and turned the existing British militias into American ones.
Are you a Florida Man? Red flag!!!
Are they arresting people who illegally attempt to buy guns (denied) or just tallying scores?
Red Flag Laws = Minority Reports Precrime Division where people will be arrested and guns confiscated for crimes that havent been committed yet and most likely never would be committed=-
The left are turning themselves into Precogs Apparently- (Savants who look into the future)- Only these lefties are wrong wrong wrong! They dont have to prove a crime might be committed- Nope- all they have to do is assert that one could happen because someone said so- and the person becomes a felon never allowed to own a gun again
Thats what this country is coming to- denying people their second amendment rights based on what someone thinks they might do because someone with a grudge against the person claims they are dangerous
Strong Due Process Protections? BS! As soon as the left get their foot in the door- all those promised Strong Due Process Protections go right out the door and EVERY republican that voted for red flag laws is complicit in denying Americans their second amendment rights!
Like I have said in the past, everyone should take inventory of all their firearms that the government MIGHT know you have, compared to those they don’t know you have.
They know I have several CMP rifles, maybe a few others. But those bought before 1968, they have no knowledge about.
F-— Rubio and Crenshaw both!
Hmmm...
150+ people each month are denied their Constitutional Rights?
I do gun exchanges with people I trust and keep fireams at other friend and family houses. They will confiscate a couple guns but I will have a stash elsewhere.
Just think of the thousands of mass shootings we would’ve had had they not done this. /s
Number of police refusing to confiscate guns = 0.
There, fixed it for you.
See 14.
Are they “removing” guns from hardened criminals? no. From citizens.

Legitimate red flags or the confiscation of guns because they don’t like you.
Red Flag laws will start encompassing more and more reasons to confiscate.
Wouldn’t be surprised if they start looking at school records and all the boys that were put on Ritalin.
I thought that would come back to haunt those boys.
Who needs due process?
