No, but it does put the whole "with no evidence" thing to rest. I only read most of the first doc. It's damning for biden.

President Donald Trump has well over 60,000,000 followers on Twitter. That’s a lot of eyeballs.

For comparison Sean Hannity might get 3,500,000 on a good night. MSNBC maybe 2,500,000. CNN well less than 2,000,000.

The Bully Pulpit is well named and Trump is exactly the right guy at the right time to use it’s power.
