Umm. Isn’t that what defendant’s lawyers are supposed to do?

It’s a little more than that. On Hannity, he stated that he has docs, emails, and text messages from Ukraine, The U.S. State Dept, and inside the Hunter Biden legal team showing that the story Biden is parroting about the prosecutor being fired “because he was corrupt” is a story completely fabricated with the intent of getting the prosecutor fired. He said this is discussed in the docs, and even in text messages from Devon Archer, Biden’s business partner.

English Translation of Undated Ukraine Prosecutor General’s Memo
“In the end of March 2016, Mr. O.O. Kondratenko, the Head of a Department of the
Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, informed me that three U.S. citizens wanted to make an appointment to see me. I agreed to see them. Those individuals turned out to
be Karen Tramontano, Sally Painter, and John Buretta. They turned out to be
representatives of the BlueStar Strategies company and, at the same time, Karen
Tramontano and Sally Painter said that in the past they had worked in President
Clinton’s Administration.
The purpose of their visit was an apology for dissemination of false information by U.S.
representatives and public figures on the activities of the Prosecutor General’s Office of
Ukraine in regards to the investigation of criminal activities of Zlochevsky. These
individuals noted that they had been aware that the Prosecutor General’s Office of
Ukraine had implemented all required steps for prosecution of Zlochevsky and that he
was released by the British court due to the underperformance of the British law
enforcement agencies.
I thanked these representatives for such an assessment of the activities of the
Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine and introduced them to the results of the reforms of the
Prosecutor’s departments, including the results published on the website of the
Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.
The above mentioned individuals were surprised by this information and said that
entirely different information had been disseminated at the U.S. Department of State,
about the failure of the reforms at the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office, but, after they got
introduced to the materials provided, they realized that the information disseminated in
the U.S. was incorrect and that they would facilitate my visit to the U.S. for the purpose
of delivering the true information to the State Department management.
That visit was being prepared, but was cancelled after Yu.V. Lutsenko was nominated
for the position of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
Attachment: copies of the business cards that the above-mentioned individuals gave me

Probably because they can’t defend the indefensible. Besides what else could they say? Trump was right?

My theory:The leaker is a Brennan agent left behind to wreck the White House, get Trump, and ruin foreign policy.

“My theory:The leaker is a Brennan agent left behind to wreck the White House, get Trump, and ruin foreign policy.”

The leaker has proven that Trump was right not to trust the “intelligence community” and to involve someone he can trust (Rudy Giuliani)
The “complaint” also proves the bias of the “whistle blower” who obviously knew about the illegal activities of Biden yet failed to report them.

Mark Levin is on top of this too. Solomon was a guest on his show last night and he was slated for tonight’s show too because of this info. I haven’t had a chance to listen to Levin’s show tonight yet so can’t comment on it.

Viktor Shokin was being attacked for corruption and malfeasance as a prosecutor. He has a affidavit among John Solomon’s upload of documents that says he was framed by Eastern European entities as corrupt and inept. Biden used that pretext to pressure Ukraine’s then-President Petro Poroshenko to fire Shokin. Shokin tells a different story of how Poroshenko came to him and told him to step down from his prosecutor position for the sake of his country. He told Shokin that Ukraine could not afford to lose $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees from the U.S.

Shoken at that time was making plans to question Hunter Biden about $3 million in fees that Biden and his partner, Archer, collected from Burisma through their American firm.
