Rudolph Giuliani, the personal lawyer of Donald Trump, suddenly cancelled his visit to Kiev planned for Tuesday for a meeting with Vladimir Zelensky.
He announced a rendezvous the day before through the American media, and explained the cancellation of his trip to Fox News, saying that the elected president of Ukraine may be surrounded “by enemies” of the US President and even “enemies of America”.
According to Giuliani, in Kiev he would’ve met “a group of people that are enemies of the president, and in some cases, enemies of the United States and in one case, an already convicted person who has been found to be involved in assisting the Democrats with the 2016 investigation”.
The Ukrainian “Strana” news agency found out what enemies the lawyer of Trump is referring to and what the cancellation of his visit means.
Why Giuliani wanted to come to Kiev Giuliani was going to talk with the new president Vladimir Zelensky concerning his help with the investigation into “Ukrainegate“ and into the activity of Joe Biden, who at the time of Obama dealt with the Ukraine issue.
This was reported by the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
As a reminder, the son of the former Vice President of the United States Joe Biden was receiving a salary from being on the board of directors of the “Burisma“ gas company of the minister Viktor Yanukovych – Nikolay Zlochevsky.
At the demand of Biden, the Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who was in charge of the case against “Burisma” (or so Shokin claims), was dismissed.
When Giuliani was accused of attempting to influence, through Ukraine, the result of the future US presidential election, he said that the White House “doesn’t interfere with the future election, but interferes with the investigation, which he has the right

How so? I’ve never heard of a “liability” who stated that going to Kiev and being surrounded by “enemies of America”..If he was a “liability”, he would have stated “Heck yes, I’m visiting my friends in the Ukraine, nothing to see here”
They’re also talking about Pence’s suddenly cancelled trip to the Ukraine.

I will admit that I cringe when I listen to Rudy talk, and while I actually disagree with you and suspect he has most of his where-with-all, and that he has forgotten more in the than most of the people he is currently debating these shows have ever come close to understanding, his wit and edge really seem to be suffering. The other night I watched that two-bit doofus that Fox loves to have on (forget his name) as a lefty counterpoint totally provoke and aggitate Rudy into chaos.
But Rudy’s sphere of experience and his wheelhouse are domestic law and politics. While prosecuting some big names and while being mayor of the (arguably) the biggest political city in the world, that doesn’t mean he is up to the level of running to Ukraine with all of the foreign intelligence traps and geopolitical snafus and pitfalls that are being laid out in a situation like this.
