I've said it before and will say it again this is why you don't want an abortion clinic in your neighborhood! So much trouble it brings.
I hate to say it, but this is bad law. What if churches were constantly being protested. Would they be liable for the disruptions caused to adjoining businesses? Nobody forces anyone to protest anything, and they have the right to do so. But it is not the fault of those they protest,either.
