*Sigh* It always,always,always gets down to the almighty dollar. If I get a Dot on the phone I flat out tell them "I cant understand a word you're saying." I had a rep from State Farm Insurance leave me a message last week on my answering machine. I listened to it over and over to try to figure out what she was saying.

I don’t care what color they are or where they’re from If I can’t understand them I tell them so and ask for someone who actually speaks English. About a month ago I got a black gal on the phone who sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles. I understood about every 4th to 5th word. After the 2nd what did you say? I told her get me someone who speaks coherently enough I can understand them. I’m not very nice about it either. Peeves me off that I have to struggle to understand them.
