I have an idea. Tell the illegals they can obtain citizenship if they enlist for 5 yrs. Station them in the country of origin for that 5 yrs and then extend the stay for another 10 yrs.
That would make them locals with a little power to clean up the mess in their own country.
But would they follow orders and shoot the gangsters?
Or just join them?
We all know the answer....in about 99% of the cases
