Stakeholders is pertinent due to being comprised of employees, investors, suppliers, and the community (Which includes the Middle-Class) with interest in the company. Profits and well-being of the community are the hallmarks of the interest of the stakeholders that CEOs should respect (Not just profits). HB-1 Visas for the purpose of replacing stakeholders with cheap foreign labor imported in by politicians that were “hired” negates the CEO’s responsibilities/well-being to the community.
