What do you mean “disagree”? You disagree with the statement on the document itself that it is not a word-for-word transcript?
No, I disagree that such a word for word transcript or recording exists or ever does for ANY presidential phone call. That disclaimer is to get the transcriber off the hook in case the President or someone else later says, “what about the other stuff?”
I am saying that this transcript is the best record available.
Unless a recording does exist and the President’s intel agencies are recording it. If they are, they better have a damn good reason.
