Lois Lerner worked for the IRS. She blocked tea party organization’s applications for tax exempt status. Then, she created a database of donors to these tea party organizations, and sent it to Obama. This database has about 1 million names in it, and was used to illegally build a database for the harrasment of tea party sympathetic citizens by the federal government, including by the IRS.

I believe the big crime is a crime of conspiracy, and that that is what Barr, Durham and others are putting together.
This will require some very smart legal work--not my specialty. But it is how we're going to get justice ... not from a bunch of lesser-contained crimes like leaking, lying or even illegal spying.
