Her parents have given her over to some young German woman as her political handler, who has (probably, almost certainly) made young Greta's mental problems exponentially worse instead of better, for personal and political gain for themselves.
Those three, and whomever they're working for, might be the objects of any hypothetical, vicarious interest one might take in the matter... too late for the abused kid, though...
