She did not establish a formal investigation.
In order to start a formal inquiry about impeachment, it requires a house vote. Pelosi dose not want this because if she was serious, she would have held a house vote today and not a stupid rat talking point presser.
Until there is a house vote to start a inquiry, this is all a convoluted scheme to provide cover for Biden and his druggie, worthless son.

EXACTLY SO & “Nanny” Pelosi KNOWS that an impeachment vote will cost the DIMocRATS the HoR in 2020, as well as reelecting DJT.
The DIMs are mostly so consumed by PREJUDICE, BIGOTRY & unreasoning HATE that they all have TDS. = Hopefully, it will DESTROY the DP, too by 2024.
