California prison officials have halted an effort aimed at forcing warring prison gangs to get along with each other after the inmates wound up brawling and even rioting when placed together in prison recreation yards, officials told The Associated Press.

This is what happens when you promote Liberal women who don’t understand men into high positions in corrections. I don’t know what the national numbers are, but I just saw a talk by the guy who runs the jail for our county sheriff. 1800 average inmates, and about 10:1 men vs. women. Gangs have really made the job tougher over the last 25 years. They have all sorts of positive programs, but they also actively segregate inmates by severity of crime and probably by gangs.

“Kumbaya, Lord, Kumbaya” Punch! Thwack! Bop! Stab!”

“Kumbaya, Lord, Kumbaya” Smack! Slam! Crack! Bash!

[Leftists look at prison inmates, particularly the black, brown, and yellow gang members, as noble savages, not the feral animals they are. The Left believe they are incarcerated because of what society has done to them, instead of accepting that there is such a thing as human debris.]

They never really say, but the Fresno Bulldogs and the Surenos are both Mexican gangs and have a high percent of illegals.

The silly prison administration probably thought that since these two gangs had similar make ups, they’d treat each other like long-lost brothers, much like the Crips and Bloods say they did.

These Californian administrators never fail to amaze me with their stupidity.

Nobody is asking the big question here, so I will:

Why would you WANT them to get along with each other??

Sounds like the script for the ‘old’ TV show OZ....

Think it was HBO and all the ‘cons’ and wackos went on to become COPS on the Law&Order series and the ‘meanest’ of all became a Psychiatrist instead of a Psycho and Tony Soprano’s wife played a prison guard.

If I remember correctly OZ was a cell block of mixed gangs etc put together to ‘get along’....typical Lib plot with a crooked governor etc etc

Back when I worked in corrections we called these kinds of programs “hug-a-thug” or “flavor of the month”. They never worked.
