I’m not sure I agree with that. Are you suggesting he has leverage/blackmail over them? Biden is a mid-level puppet. He was allowed to have some power as VP for 8 years because he had proven to the power brokers that he could be controlled. He yields no power of his own.
Biden already has Rommney in his pocket. There are enough nervous GOP senators that will vote to convict with just a little pressure.
