Spent hours talking to him one on one..... He was an arrogant assclown then who was very overly self impressed.....Very limited intelligence......A man who is the epitome of the “Peter Principle”....
Joe rises to his level of incompetence every time he gets out of bed.
delawarean here. Went to a downstate high school. Idiot gave same exact graduation speech at this HS two years in a row. Too bad internet/social media wasn’t around then.
